ABOUT

ADOBRO

Adobro is an Austin, Texas-based country artist blending country storytelling with a sun-soaked groove, creating a sound that feels like home while still being unmistakably his own. A crooner with soulful roots, he brings smooth vocals and feel-good rhythm to modern country: music made for two-steps, road trips and back-porch singalongs under the Texas sun.

Born in Manila and raised in Queens and Texas, Adobro grew up surrounded by different worlds, sounds and traditions that naturally found common ground through music. What started as a love for storytelling and melody slowly evolved into a deep connection with country music, where themes of family, honesty, community and emotional truth already felt familiar.

Rather than blending separate identities together, Adobro’s world reflects the cultures and experiences that have long coexisted in his life: Filipino warmth, Texas spirit, dancehall energy, old-school karaoke, family BBQs and songs that bring people together. The boots may look different, but the roots feel the same.

At the center of his music is a simple idea: life feels better when you’re fully in it. His songs are rooted in gratitude, good times and being present, pulling listeners out of their heads and into the moment. Whether on stage or on record, Adobro creates an atmosphere that feels grounded, joyful and real.

That spirit lives inside Mabuhowdy™, Adobro’s signature blend of “mabuhay” and “howdy.” It’s a warm welcome where island roots meet Texas boots and everybody’s invited.

With a crooner’s warmth and a country heart, Adobro turns everyday moments into something worth slowing down for. His music doesn’t just soundtrack the moment. It brings you back to it.

Just be where your boots are.
